ACRALOCK SA10-05A, SA10-10A, SA10-20A are three similar base methacrylate adhesives (Component A) that only differ by working time ranges. Formulated for use with an activator (Component B) and mixed at 10:1 ratio. The SA10-05A is used for 5 minute, SA10-10A for 10 minute, using ACT-1B. SA10-20A can be used with faster or slower activators; ACT-1B, ACT-2B or ACT-3B to provide working time options from 15 to 30 minutes. These products are designed with low boiling tendencies and high strength to adhere to assemblies of thermoset composites and plastics and are formulated to be primerless on most metal surfaces.
ACRALOCK SA10-50, SA10-100 and SA10-120 are separate high viscosity based methacrylate adhesives (Component A). Formulated to use with several activators (Component B) and mixed at a ratio of 10:1 for bulk dispensing. We also have higher viscosity versions SA10—A HV or SA10-120A HV (high viscosity), which are used exclusively with bulk equipment for maximum vertical hang and stacking. By choosing from four different strength activators, the user can more readily dial into specific working time ranges for specific assembly application requirements. These products are designed with high gap filling capabilities and high strength when adhered to assemblies of thermoset composites and plastics and are formulated to be primerless on most metal surfaces.
ACRALOCK adhesives, manufactured by Engineered Bonding Solutions, LLC., are packaged in 490ml and 825ml dual cartridges as well as 5- and 50-gallon containers for application with meter-mix dispensing equipment.
Available in 5, 10, 20, 30, 35, 40, 45, 60, 75, 100, 120 and 190 minute working times. Sizes 50 ml, 490ml, 825ml. Colors Off White, Grey, Black.
