ACRALOCK SIGN WELD HTG adhesives were designed to replace welds or rivets on most metals including EZG and HDG galvanized steel with no preparation or priming “as received”. Sign Weld HTG products were formulated to withstand high paint oven conditions up to 400oF (204oC) and still provide long-lasting durable performance.  The Sign Weld HTG series is formulated with two working time ranges 6 and 18 minutes, when the adhesive (Component A) mixed at 4:1 ratio with appropriate activator (Component B). These products are designed with glass bead spacers, fast cure times and high strength to adhere to assemblies of thermoset composites, plastics, and are especially formulated to be used on most metal and galvanized surfaces without preparation or primers.  ACRALOCK adhesives, manufactured by Engineered Bonding Solutions, LLC., are packaged in 50ml and 415mL dual cartridges as well as 5- and 50-gallon containers for application with meter-mix dispensing equipment.
