ACRALOCK SIGN FLEX Series adhesives were designed to be very flexible with low VOC’s. Excellent as a flexible panel bonding adhesive (ACM BOARD). The Sign Flex series is formulated with several working time ranges, when mixed at 10:1 ratio with one of the prescribed activators (Component B). The Sign FLEX 5A, SIGN FLEX 10A or SIGN FLEX 20A are all progressively longer in working time and fixture time, respectively. These products are designed for best combination of low exotherm, low shrinkage, and a high degree of flexibility with moderate strength to adhere to assemblies of thermoset composites and plastics and are formulated to be primer-less on most metal surfaces. ACRALOCK adhesives, manufactured by Engineered Bonding Solutions, LLC., are packaged in 50ml, 75ml, and 490mL dual cartridges as well as 5- and 50-gallon containers for application with meter-mix dispensing equipment.
