ACRALOCK SF10-05A, SF10-30A, SF10-50A, SF10-100A
ACRALOCK SF10-05A and SF10-30A are two flexible base methacrylate adhesives (Component A) formulated with two separate working time ranges when mixed at 10:1 ratio with an activator (Component B). The SF10- 05A can be used with two different activators to provide either a 5-minute or 10 minute working time range and SF10-30A has 30-minute range see cartridge options. These products are designed with low boiling tendencies, low exotherm, and a good combination of strength and ductility to adhere to assemblies of thermoset composites and plastics and are formulated to be primer-less on most metal surfaces. ACRALOCK adhesives, manufactured by Engineered Bonding Solutions, LLC., are packaged in 490mL dual cartridges as well as 5- and 50-gallon containers for application with meter-mix dispensing equipment.
