ACRALOCK and ACRAMAXX adhesives are the vehicles for changing transportation. All our exclusive formulations are rapid curing and substantially increase the throughput of assemblies of similar or dissimilar materials. ACRALOCK and ACRAMAXX adhesives form high-performance electrostatic bonds to most bare metals, which resist under-film corrosion, and withstand high-temperature powder coat oven exposures, thus providing excellent retention of properties to ensure long-term durable strength and shock-load resistance in extreme cold or hot climate conditions.
ACRAMAXX Series of Products: M1, M10, and M4 are our latest innovations designed to be used without primer on clean, bare metals. M10 is a 10:1 mix ratio high strength product for bonding assemblies of aluminum, stainless steel, and cold rolled steel to replace rivets, welding, and can withstand short duration oven bake cycles up to 380F. M4 is a 4:1 mix ratio series furthering bonding performance by resisting powder coat oven temperatures up to 400F and bonding primerless to most bare metals, including most EZG and HDG galvanized metals. M1 is a 1:1 mix ratio product ideal for bonding the widest range of bare metal surfaces, including EZG and HDG metals, that do not require high temperature powder coat baking after bonding.
AL, SS, CRS, EZG (G40, G60 and even G90) or HDG with Glass Beads added to maintain minimum bond gaps.
Maximum Flexibility ACRALOCK FA10 is a series of low-modulus, high-elongation adhesives with fast curing for metal bonding and low bond line read-through. The product is ideally suited for cosmetically sensitive assemblies, panels or parts where low-modulus properties are desired.
